Please refer to the table below for the cancellation fee corresponding to the duration before the start of the booking.

E.g. Amelia has a booking from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm, and she wishes to cancel her booking. She cancelled her booking at 2.00 pm on the same day, 2 hours before her planned collection time.

Booking fee:

4.00 pm to 6.00 pm : 2hrs x $6 = $12

Cancellation fee:

$12 - $6 = $6 (1 hour of time charged)

$6 - 20% = $1.20 (20% of the remaining time charged)

Total cancellation fee:

$6 + $1.20 = $7.20
