If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before it starts, no cancellation fee will be imposed. The booking charges and the Platform Fee will be refunded in such cases.

Please refer to the table below for the Cancellation Fee corresponding to the duration before the start of the booking.

For example, Amelia has a booking from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm, and she wishes to cancel her booking. She cancelled her booking at 2.00 pm on the same day, 2 hours before her planned collection time.

Booking fee:

4.00 pm to 6.00 pm : (2hrs x $6) + $0.80 = $12.80

Cancellation fee:

$12 - $6 = $6 (1 hour of time charged)

$6 x 20% = $1.20 (20% of the remaining time charged)

$0.80 (platform fee)

Total cancellation fee:

$6 + $1.20 + $0.80 = $7.20
