Please take a photo of the amount charged at the gantry and follow these steps:

1. Go to My Bookings

2. Tap on the affected booking

3. Tap on Report an issue

4. Upload the photo and include these details in your Description:

‣ Date
‣ Car plate number
‣ Carpark details
‣ Amount charged

Someone from our GetGo team will assist you.

If you don't have a photo of the carpark charge, you may print out your cashcard receipt from the top-up kiosk.
