2. Before you drive off in your car, tap on Report an issue with the car. Please upload the photo(s) and a description of the issue.

You may proceed with your booking if the damages are minor. If the car is not safe to drive, please tap on our FAQ/Live Chat button in the app and someone from our GetGo team will assist you.
