You can manually sign up with us. Follow these steps:

3. Include a photo of the front and back of your driver's license.
4. Include a photo of yourself with your driver's license.
5. Tap the Register button.
6. After verifying your details, click on “I’m ready for a selfie”
Please ensure that:
The camera lens is clean
You are in a well lit place but out of direct sunlight
You have a background without any distractions
Important:
You are given a total of 5 attempts to verify your identity. If your verification is unsuccessful on the 5th attempt, please fill up the Document Verification form. If your booking is starting within 24 hours and you need urgent help, please reach out to us on Live Chat.
It may take us up to 48 hours to verify your driving licence and other supporting documents before your account can be activated. You will be notified via email once this is completed. If you have not yet been notified or you would like to submit the documents, please write to [email protected].
