If you're nearby the vehicle and there are no ongoing bookings, head over to Live Chat. For any unlock request, please attach the following requirements;

  • Successful facial verification (Initiated via the app by our support agent)

  • A clear selfie with the vehicle showing the car plate

You could submit a Lost & Found report if you are not nearby or are unsure if you lost your item in the car. To assist us in the recovery, please keep your description of the item brief.

Please remember that GetGo will not be held responsible for any lost items.
