There is a car in my GetGo lot. What should I do?

You may proceed to park the car at another lot in the same carpark and follow these steps before ending your booking:

  1. You may park in the next available white lot closest to the original GetGo lot

  2. Take a picture of the car that's in our GetGo lot. Make sure that the lot number & the car plate number can be seen. We will need it as evidence to take action on the offender

  3. Take a picture of the GetGo car where you parked it — make sure that the lot number & the car plate number can be seen

  4. Proceed to our Live Chat to share the picture with us

  5. Include a short description of where the car is parked at (for e.g., Carpark 437B, Level 2A, Lot 238).

You may also report the vehicle that has parked in our GetGo lot through the OneService app by following these steps:

  1. Download the OneService app

  2. Tap on Submit Case

  3. Swipe to the right and tap on Illegal Parking

  4. Select the HDB/URA carpark button

  5. Input the relevant details in and submit your report
