All GetGo cars are equipped with Esso Fuel Cards, so you should not have to pay for fuel.
If you are unable to use our ESSO Fleet Card, you may refuel the vehicle at any other Petrol Station by paying upfront and requesting reimbursement later. We will also send you a $2 Promo Code in appreciation for your time.
Make sure the fuel tank has less than ¼ tank remaining and select 95 RON petrol (Synergy Extra, FuelSave 95, Levo95, Premium 95) or diesel.
Here's how you can get reimbursed for helping us with refueling:
1. Submit a clear photo of the dashboard before and after refuelling
2. Take a clear photo of your full receipt with the date and time shown
3. In the event that the fuel card exceeds the limit, please send us a photo of the error message on the machine indicating card exceeded limit
Our system will verify the refuel against the required photos. You will receive your reimbursement within 4 working days of approval.
Please keep in mind that form submissions without a clear picture of the receipt will not be considered for reimbursement.
When submitting the reimbursement form, you declare that the information you are giving is true and correct. Note that declaring you have refueled a GetGo car, when in fact you have not, constitutes the offence of Cheating, an offence under Section 420 of the Singapore Penal Code, which carries a maximum imprisonment term of 10 years and a fine.
