If you have just started your booking and realised that the vehicle is filled with:

  1. Litter (masks, tissues, food wrappers, etc)

  2. Mud stains

You may proceed to let us know through our Live Chat and let us know of these details:

  • Booking ID

  • Car plate number

  • Photo(s) of the mess

From there, rest assured that we will do our part to find the culprit. Also, do note that there will be a cleaning fee of up to $300 imposed for drivers found littering in our cars.
