It's in the name: carsharing! 💪 While we have a dedicated team that works round the clock to ensure that all GetGo cars are regularly inspected and cleaned, we do rely on our users to keep the cars clean and report any issues (if any) as well. After all, carsharing is also about sharing responsibility!
Here are the Community Rules to take note of:
Be on time when returning the car so that the next user won't be affected! If you're unable to make it back in time, please let us know via Live Chat.
There is no smoking allowed in our cars, as smoke or other strong scents can affect the health of other users.
Pets are only allowed if they are kept in carriers, as pet hair can cause an allergic reaction for other members. An exception is made for service animals, but you'll need to let us know in advance so we know we have to clean the vehicle for the next user.
Remember to take all your personal belongings with you once you end your booking, and do clean up if necessary — don't leave behind any food, tissue, masks, etc.
Park the car back to the same lot you picked it up from. If our green lot is taken up by another car, follow the steps here.
