All bookings come with a 15-minute grace period before the start and at the end of your booking. This is so that you have additional time to complete your pre- and post-trip vehicle condition reports.

Example: You have a booking today from 10am to 11am.

  • 9.45am: Your pre-trip grace period starts 15 minutes before your 10am booking. You may head down to your booked vehicle during this time to complete your pre-trip vehicle condition report.

  • 11.15am: Your end-trip grace period ends 15 minutes after your 11am booking. You must return your vehicle and complete your end-trip vehicle condition report before this time. Otherwise, you’ll be charged a late return fee of $50 per hour.

If you exceed the end-trip grace period, you’ll be charged a late return fee of $50 per hour.

Important: We highly recommend you to complete your pre- and end-trip vehicle condition reports to protect yourself from liability for any misattributed damage claims or disputes.

Reminders:

  • Once you have passed the grace period at the end of your booking, you won’t be able to manually extend your booking

  • If you’re unable to return your vehicle on time, please inform us via Live Chat immediately so we can assist you and the next user after you
