When you end your booking at the end of the trip, you may receive the error message "Payment was unsuccessful" as shown below
This occurs when you do not have "Auto-debit" enabled on your DBS PayLah! App or have insufficient funds in your PayLah! wallet.
Using the PayLah! app:
1. Tap on More
2. Tap on Manage PayLah!
3. Select Enable Auto Debit
If you are suspended due to an outstanding balance, please do not approve a payment request from PayLah!
If you approved the payment request, please save a screenshot of the "Transaction history" as proof of your most recent transaction and contact us via LiveChat with the screenshot of the transaction history. We will verify and refund the amount you paid through PayLah! within 3 - 5 working days.
