Liability is determined by the insurers based on the facts of the case as reported by the parties involved, not by GetGo. We work closely with insurers to assist them to establish the liability of our users to determine if they are at fault.
Charges collected by GetGo reflect the cost of repairs, loss of use, administration, and/or insurance excess levied on us by our workshop and insurance partners.
We work with reputable insurers and workshops to ensure that repair costs are reasonable and in-line with industry rates. Where possible, we strive to manage and reduce the overall costs for our users.
