As a GetGo user, there are two main types of notifications:
These are the important updates on your bookings, maintenance schedule, and system updates. You cannot opt out of priority updates.
These are marketing messages sent by GetGo, which includes our latest promotions and feedback requests. By opting out, you will not receive the latest promotions, rewards, and company updates.
To manage your “Marketing communications” preferences, follow the steps below.
1. Launch the GetGo app
2. Tap on Account > Settings > Communications
3. To manage your push notifications, emails, and SMS, tap on the drop down button and use the toggle buttons to enable or disable communications
4. Once you’ve selected your preferences, tap Save to save your settings
