We cover the cost of charging whether you charge your booked EV at a CDG ENGIE charging station or with any other charging provider.

If you choose a different charging provider, you will need to pay the charging cost upfront, and we’ll reimburse you in full within 3 working days.

In addition, regardless of where you charge your EV during your booking, we’ll also reward you with a promo code based on the charge amount for your next booking as a token of thanks.

Important: Please fill up the reimbursement form and remember to include the email address that you used to sign up for a GetGo account so that we can email you your promo code.

Please take note:

  1. Form submission without a clear picture of the receipt will not be considered for reimbursement

  2. Reimbursement and promo code issuance (if eligible) will be provided within 3 working days after reimbursement form is submitted

  3. Please reach out to us on Live Chat if you find the EVs range level not sufficient at the start of your booking
