Here are some examples of major damage:

  • Shattered rear windscreen

  • Dislodged bumper

  • Flat or punctured tyre

1. Go to your current booking page and tap Report an issue

2. Tap Report new issue

3. Choose the location and type of the damage

4. Tap the camera icon(s) to take and upload photo(s) of the damage(s)

5. Tap Submit
