This lever can be found on the Right side of the steering wheel.
Follow these steps to turn it on/off:

Simply twist the knob that's located on the turn signal lever (right side of the steering wheel).

The switch on the right should always be left on AUTO — this means that the headlights would turn on and off automatically when it gets light or dark.
To activate the high-beam, just pull the same lever here towards you for a quick flash and push it away from you to switch on high-beam mode.
