How can I check the EV’s battery level?
We encourage you to take advantage of charging our EVs, especially now that we have more fast-charging options available that can power up your EV’s battery by 25% in as little as 10 minutes. It’s included in your booking, so you don’t have to pay out of pocket if you charge via our app.

You can check the EV’s battery level via the dashboard/instrument panel or the touch infotainment system screen.
Please end your booking with a battery level of at least 50% so the EV has enough power for the next GetGoer to enjoy.
Don’t forget to follow these 3 golden rules when returning your EV:
- Rule 1: If your EV’s battery level is below 50% at the end of your booking, please return it to its charging lot and charge it.
- Rule 2: If your EV’s battery level is above 50% at the end of your booking, please return it to its home lot.

Rule 3: Make sure your EV is plugged in and charging at the charging lot. Parking without charging may result in a penalty for "hogging" the charging point
Where are my booked EV’s suggested charging lot and home lot?
Open the app → Booking details page → Pick-up and return at
What if I don’t see a charging lot under “Pick-up and return at”?
This means that there is no dedicated charging lot for your EV. Please return the EV to its home lot at the end of your booking.
