On 19 March 2024, we rolled out enhancements to our Live Chat interface. Now, you can conveniently access all your Live Chat conversations within a single chat box, instead of having to toggle between multiple chat boxes.
To open a Live Chat with our Support Team Agent, simply navigate to your Account tab and select FAQ / Live chat.
New Live Chat interface
Starting 26 March 2024, FAQ articles will no longer be available directly on the GetGo app. However, you can access FAQ articles through the Live Chat tab in the GetGo app. When you tap on an FAQ article link, it will open up in your mobile device’s web browser rather than in the GetGo app.
Important note: After 26 April 2024, you won't have access to your previous chat history with our Support Team agents. If you need to revisit a past conversation, please provide our agent with the relevant Booking ID.
