- Go to your current booking page.
- Tap on Report an issue.
- Tell us where your car broke down.
- Give us details of the breakdown. E.g. punctured tyre, brakes not working, steering alignment issue.
As noted in our Terms and Conditions, these are chargeable when they are reported:
- Immobilisation of the vehicle due to an empty fuel tank; and
- Any damage that is the result of the negligent use of the vehicle’s components, mechanical parts, and/or computer or electronic system. E.g. punctured tire, windscreen cracks, etc.
