My car just broke down. What should I do?

1. Go to your current booking page
2. Tap on Report an issue
3. Let us know the location of the breakdown
4. Let us know the details of the breakdown (for e.g., punctured tyre, brakes not working, steering alignment issue)

Do note that these are our Terms & Conditions on the different damages that are chargeable when the damages are reported:

• Immobilization of the vehicle due to an empty fuel tank; and
• Any fault as a result of the negligent use of the vehicle’s components, mechanical parts, and/or computer or electronic system (for e.g., punctured tire, windscreen cracks, etc.)
