If your car is not unlocking, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on
2. Relaunch the GetGo app
3. Tap the Unlock car button again
For Android users experiencing the "Permission Required" issue, please follow these steps:
- Tap YES on the popup message that appears on the GetGo app
- Tap Permissions once you’re redirected to the App Info page
- Tap Nearby devices (listed under "Not allowed")
- Tap Allow once you’re on the next page
- Return to the GetGo app and try connecting to the car
Alternatively, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the GetGo app. Please make sure to select "YES" when the GetGo app asks for permission.
