How do I turn on/off the headlights in the Mitsubishi Lancer?

The headlight switch is on the turn signal lever on the right side of the steering wheel, as shown in the photo below. 

1. To turn on the dashboard lights, twist the knob away from you once.
2. To turn on the headlights, twist the knob away from you twice.
3. To turn off the dashboard lights and headlights, twist the knob towards you.
4. To activate the high beam, pull the turn signal lever towards you for a quick flash. To keep the high beam on, push it away from you.
