The Honda Shuttle has a foot brake that is used as a parking brake. The foot brake is located next to the regular brake pedal.
To release the foot brake, use your left leg to step on the small lever next to the brake pedal. The foot brake will spring back up when fully released.
Remember to engage the foot brake by stepping on it when you park your car.
