How do I switch on/off the wipers for the Lexus RX300?

The wiper lever can be found on the left side of the steering wheel as shown in the image below.

To turn on the wipers: 

1. Slow wiper intervals: Push the lever down once.
2. Fast wiper intervals: Push the lever down twice.
3. Very fast wiper intervals: Push the lever down thrice.

To turn off the wipers: 

Push the lever up to its original position.

To activate the rear window wiper:

Turn the switch on the left side of the lever up once for low speed, and twice for high speed. 

To activate the windscreen washer:

Pull the lever towards you.
