How do I open the boot of the BMW X3 2nd Gen?

You may release the boot in two different ways in the BMW X3 2nd Gen.

From inside the vehicle: 

1. Find the boot release button as shown in the image below.

2. Pull the button to open the boot.

From outside the vehicle: 

1. Locate the boot release button under the BMW's logo, as shown in the picture below.

2. Press the button once.
3. The boot will pop open.
