How do I release and engage the parking brake in the Toyota Sienta?

1. The parking brake is the small lever located beside the brake pedal as shown in the image below.
   
2. Using your left leg, release the parking brake by stepping on the small lever beside the brake pedal.
3. The lever should spring back up when it is fully released.

Remember to engage the parking brake by stepping down on it when you park your car.
