How do I release the boot of the Toyota Corolla Altis (12th Gen)?

You may release the boot in two different ways in the Toyota Corolla Altis (12th Gen).

From inside the vehicle:

1. Find the boot release button on the right side of the driver’s seat.
   
2. Press and hold the button to open it.

From outside the vehicle:

1. Locate the boot release button under the Toyota logo, as shown in the picture below.
   
2. Press the button once.
3. The boot will pop open.
