GetGo vehicles come with fuel or charging options through the GetGo app, allowing users to refuel or charge the vehicles without any cost. However, it is important to note that the fuel and charging functions should only be used for the purpose of refueling or charging the GetGo vehicle, as stated in Clause 2.10 & 2.11.
GetGo closely monitors all refueling and charging activities. If there is any misuse of the fuel or charging functions, an administrative fee of $800 will be charged to the user, in addition to the recovery of the total fuel or charging cost.
Depending on the severity of the offense, GetGo may suspend the user's account, report the case to the police, or take both actions.
