After you submit your damage report, our team will initiate an investigation. Please be aware that your account will be temporarily suspended during this investigation process. You can anticipate receiving a pre-billing notification in your registered email within 14 working days of submitting the self-report. Look out for the official invoice, which will be issued within 3-5 working days.
The timeframe for resolving a case can vary significantly based on different factors such as case complexity, the nature of the damage, the cooperation of involved parties, and the legal or insurance procedures needed.
If you fail to report any damage promptly, regardless of whether you have Collision Damage Waiver coverage, you risk losing your insurance coverage.
Additionally, please take note that an investigation fee of up to $250 will be applied to identify the responsible user for damages. This fee is separate from the total reinstatement amount and any other repair-related costs, but it does not include charges for vehicle loss of use.
