If you fail to report the windscreen damage within 24 hours, you will not be eligible to claim the $220 Windscreen Excess. You may also be liable for the total cost of the repair or replacement.
Please note that an administrative fee of up to $250 will apply for the investigation to identify the user responsible for causing windscreen damage. This fee is in addition to the total repair cost and any applicable charges for loss of use.
