How do I change gears on the Mercedes Benz C180?

This gear lever can be found on the Right side of the steering wheel.

1. Depress the brake pedal fully (do NOT release)
2. To drive off, push down the lever to D (Drive) 
3. To reverse, push up the lever to R (Reverse)
4. To park, press the button on the right side of the lever to P (Park)
