Where is the parking brake on the Mazda CX-5?

The Mazda 3 Mild Hybrid has an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), as shown in the picture below. The EPB is located beside the gear shift knob.

To release the parking brake and drive:

1. Push the button down.
2. Set the gear to D (Drive).

To apply the parking brake:

1. Set the gear to P (Park).
2. Pull the button up.
