If your condominium has already been onboarded with a dedicated GetGo vehicle, you should be able to book it from the app.
Just follow these steps to find and book your condo’s dedicated GetGo vehicle:
- Before booking, verify that your account address matches the condo
- Find the location of your condo’s vehicle(s) on the app’s map screen
- Tap on the location pin and agree to the T&Cs
- Complete your booking details
