Before the booking starts
Primary Drivers (PD) are unable to remove an Additional Driver (AD) directly in the app.
If you wish to remove the AD before the booking begins, please follow the following steps:
- Contact our Live Chat support before the booking start time
- Provide your booking details so our team can assist you
Important to note
Requests to remove an Additional Driver must be made before the booking start time.
