The Honda N-Van uses a foot-operated parking brake. Follow these steps to release and engage it.
1. Locate the small lever at the far left of the driver’s footwell beside the brake pedal, as shown in the image below. If you can't see the lever, use your phone’s flashlight to illuminate the area beneath the dashboard.
2. To release the parking brake, press down firmly on the lever using your left foot. You may need to apply a little extra force.
3. The lever should spring back up once the parking brake is fully released.
Remember to engage the parking brake by pressing down on the lever when parking your car.
