- Scratches on the bumper or door
- Misalignment of front bumper
- Small dent on the hood
Please self-report minor damage by following these steps:
1. Go to your ongoing booking page and tap Report an issue.
2. In the next screen, tap Report new issue.
3. Choose the location of the damage and the type of damage.
4. Tap the camera icon to take and upload photo(s) of the damage(s).
5. Tap Submit.
Please make sure that you include the damages you caused during your booking in your post-trip vehicle condition report as well. Here's an example of how you can write your report in the self-report description box:
