Guide for non-residents living outside Sky Green Condominium
1. Show your booking confirmation (Booking ID) to the security guard at the guardhouse, which is located beside the gantry.
Note: Please provide your NRIC or driving licence if requested by the security guard.
2. After you have registered, walk straight ahead until you see EV Charging Lot 11, which is outlined in green.
3. In the event that the vehicle is not at EV Charging Lot 11, walk into the carpark and look for Lots 12 or 13.
Important:
- You are only allowed to enter and exit the car park via the visitor’s entrance.
- GetGo is not responsible if security stops non-residents from using facilities exclusively intended for Sky Green Condominium residents.
- GetGo users can recharge the vehicle at the end of their bookings if the battery level is below 50% to ensure it’s sufficiently charged for the next user.
Guide for residents of Sky Green Condominium
- Please proceed to collect the vehicle at EV Charging Lot 11. If the vehicle is not there, kindly check Lots 12 or 13.
Please be informed that the GetGo vehicle will not be registered as a resident's vehicle. Residents have two options to allow entry into Sky Green when returning the vehicle:
- Self-Invite via the iCondo App: Residents can use the self-invite feature in the iCondo App to allow one-time entry for the vehicle.
- Alternatively, residents can show proof of their booking and register at the guardhouse, similarly to how non-residents would gain entry.
