The full-day rate is the maximum you’ll be charged for using a vehicle in a single day — which starts from 12am - 11:59pm on the same day.
This means that once your time charge for a booking has exceeded the full-day rate, you’ll only be charged the full-day rate. From then onwards, you may continue using the vehicle until 11:59pm the same day without any additional time charges.
Here’s an example to help you understand it a little better:
Example: Amanda needs a GetGo from 7am - 11:59pm on Tuesday.
On Tuesdays, the full-day rate for the GetGo she’s booked is $80.
Amanda starts her drive, bright and early, at 7am on Tuesday. Her time charge reaches the full-day rate ($80) at 8pm. This means that she pays no more than $80 for time charge for the rest of the day until 11:59pm. As she continues to use her GetGo from 8pm - 11pm (light green), she gets those hours for free.
