You can manually sign up with us. Follow these steps:
- Tap Verify details manually.
2. Select your country of origin.
3. Include a photo of the front and back of your driving licence.
4. After submitting your driving licence, tap I’m ready for a selfie.
Please ensure that:
- The camera lens is clean
- You are in a well lit place but out of direct sunlight
- You have a background without any distractions
Important:
- You are given a total of 5 attempts to verify your identity. If your verification is unsuccessful on the 5th attempt, please email in to hello@getgo.sg. If your booking is starting within 24 hours and you need urgent help, please reach out to us on Live Chat.
- It may take us up to 48 hours to verify your driving licence and other supporting documents before your account can be activated. You will be notified via email once this is completed. If you have not yet been notified or you would like to submit the documents, please write to applications@getgo.sg.
