If there’s no booking before yours, you may bring forward the start time of your booking. However, it's important to note that you cannot shorten the original start time.
Example 1:
Initial booking time: 3pm to 6pm
Desired amended time: 3:30pm to 6pm ❌
If your booking is from 3pm to 6pm and you wish to change it to start at 3:30pm, you will not be able to adjust the start time to a later time. However, you can extend the start time earlier, such as changing it to 2:30pm to 6pm instead.
Example 2:
Initial booking time: 1pm to 6pm
Desired amended time: 2pm to 4pm ❌
If your booking is from 1pm to 6pm and you wish to change it to start at 2pm to 4pm, you will not be able to shorten your booking period. However, you can extend the start time earlier or extend to a later time, such as changing it from 1:30pm to 7pm instead.
- Go to Bookings, then tap Active and select your upcoming booking
- Tap Edit booking
- Drag the top of your booking window to an earlier start time
- Tap Save
- Tap Confirm
Important:
- If you can’t drag the top of your booking window upwards, it means that there’s already a booking before yours, and you cannot change the start time of your booking.
