Cleanliness reporting is now mandatory and we encourage all users to report if they are unable to clean the vehicle at the end of their booking.
If a vehicle is returned dirty without a completed cleanliness report, a $300 cleaning fee will be incurred.
- Not Self-Reported: A full cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.

Self-Reported:
- Ad-hoc deep cleaning (e.g. vomit): Cleaning fee of only $150 will be charged.
- Normal cleaning: Cleaning fee of only $50 will be charged.
Self-reporting ensures we can take prompt action and prevent other users from having an unpleasant experience.
As part of our carsharing community, we encourage all users to do their part by leaving the vehicle clean.
You can expect to receive a pre-billing notification in your registered email within 5-7 working days from the date of the self-report submission. Additionally, the official invoice will be issued within 3-5 working days.
