Yes, you may extend your ongoing booking by following these steps:
1. In the GetGo app, tap Bookings and go to your ongoing booking details page.
2. Tap Extend to view the vehicle’s booking calendar.
3. Drag the booking window to your preferred booking end time.
4. Tap Confirm to confirm your booking extension.
Important: Extending your booking is dependent on vehicle availability. If the extension is unsuccessful, it could be due to another booking scheduled after yours or the vehicle being unavailable for maintenance.
To avoid a late return fee of $50 per hour, please ensure to return the vehicle by the original end booking time.
