If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before its start time, no cancellation fee will be imposed. In these instances, the booking charges and the Platform Fee will be refunded.
Please refer to the table below for the Cancellation Fee corresponding to the duration before the start of the booking.
For example, Amelia has a booking from 4pm - 6pm, and she wishes to cancel her booking. She cancelled her booking at 2pm on the same day, 2 hours before her planned pick-up time.
Booking fee:
4pm - 6pm: (2hrs x $6) + $1.20 = $13.20
Cancellation fee:
$12 - $6 = $6 (1 hour of time charged)
$6 x 20% = $1.20 (20% of the remaining time charged)
$1.20 (platform fee)
Total cancellation fee:
$6 + $1.20 + $1.20 = $8.40
