The driving of GetGo vehicles is restricted to the GetGo account holder who made the booking. No other individuals, including additional drivers, are authorised to drive the vehicle.
However, you are now able to add an Additional Driver (AD) to your bookings!
Non-account holders or GetGo users who are not associated with the specific booking are not authorised to drive our vehicles. Failure to comply with this rule may result in account suspension or a permanent ban from our platform.
In the event of an accident where the driver is not the account holder, or if the AD does not accept the booking invitation, the insurance coverage will be invalidated, and the driver will be accountable for covering the entire cost of damages.
