If you have received an Email Invoice from our Finance Team, there may be an outstanding charge. You can make your payment directly via GrabPay Wallet or PayLater by Grab — here’s how.
Important:
- GrabPay Wallet payment option: A 1.0% admin charge, applied to the payment amount, is a one-time charge for the GrabPay Wallet payment option.
- PayLater by Grab payment option: A 3.0% admin charge, applied to the payment amount, is a one-time charge for the PayLater payment option.

Select Pay now to access your invoice on the web. Alternatively, you can also choose to click on View your bill online using the attached PDF.
2. At the top-left corner of the invoice is a green button labelled PayNow. Upon clicking this button, you will be redirected to the payment page.
3. Select either the GrabPay or PayLater by Grab option from the list of payment methods and click the blue payment button to proceed.
4. You will receive a prompt to log in to your Grab account. Enter your registered mobile number and click Continue. You will be redirected to the Grab app and prompted tog in to your Grab account. Enter your registered mobile number, and select Continue.
If you experience difficulty logging in, please click the Send OTP option and enter the provided OTP for verification.
5. Select your preferred payment method from one of the following options:
- GrabPay Wallet: A mobile wallet with a topped-up balance that you can use for your payments. You can proceed to purchase a top-up to pay for your outstanding charge.
- PayLater by Grab: To proceed with this payment method, please note that PayLater by Grab credit limits are dependent on your credit status or allowance with Grab. For more information, please contact Grab.
7. Upon successful payment, it will be reflected as “PAID” in your invoice and immediately updated on our end.
