If you received an email from our Finance Team, you may need to make payment for outstanding charges.
Here’s how to do so with an Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) using your UOB & DBS credit card.
Important:
- You won’t be charged any interest fee for making payment via IPP.

IPP options up to 12 months are available if your invoice amount is $500 or above. The following are the admin charges for each IPP:
- 3 months: 2.0%
- 6 months: 3.0%
- 12 months: 4.0%
1. In the email you received, click the link provided to be redirected to the payment page.
2. Enter your credit card details, choose from the instalment durations available, and click CONTINUE PAYMENT.
| Note: If you use a credit card that doesn’t support IPP, you won’t be able to use it as a payment option. Please refer to our other available payment options. |
3. In the Secure Cardholder Verification screen, enter the OTP that’s been sent to your mobile device and click Submit
.
4. Once payment is completed, you will see the following screen. You may take a screenshot and save it to your photos for your records.
5. You’ll receive your payment receipt via email. Please save it as proof of payment.
