How do I pay for an Outstanding Invoice?

You can now make payment for your Outstanding Charges in the respective ways:

• HitPay payment methods
• Manual payment methods

If you are making the full payment of your accident/damage bill, you can do so through HitPay. There are 4 payment methods in which you can do this:

• Without admin charges: PayNow
• With admin charges:
  
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • GrabPay Wallet
  • Atome 
  • PayLater by Grab (Up to 12 monthly instalments)

However, if you are paying through instalments, each instalment will need to be done manually. You can do so through the following methods:

• PayNow
  • Transfer your outstanding payment via PayNow to UEN 202024592ZINV.
    
  • Indicate invoice number under “Reference number”
    • Example: [INV-GG0000000001]
• Bank Transfer
  Make a fund transfer directly to our account:
  • Bank Name: DBS BANK LTD (SWIFTCODE : DBSSSGSG)
  • Bank Account Number : 072-027137-8
  • Bank Address: 12 Marina Boulevard, DBS Asia Central, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3 Singapore 018982.
• Payment via Cheque
  
  • Bank Name: DBS BANK LTD (SWIFTCODE : DBSSSGSG)
  • Bank Account Number: 072-027137-8
  • Under, “Reference Number”, indicate the invoice number
    • Example: [INV-GG0000000001]
  • Once all details are filled in, please drop your cheque at a nearby DBS cheque deposit box.
