You may see a “Payment failed” receipt if we’re unable to process a time extension charge or mileage charge at the end of your booking. This can happen if there are insufficient funds in your credit/debit card or DBS PayLah! Wallet.
To resolve this issue, please use an alternative payment method or change your credit/debit card to settle your outstanding payment.

Note: “Time extension charge” refers to time charge that’s a result of a booking extension initiated by a user. It’s not the same as a late return fee, which is charged when a user fails to return their booked vehicle on time.
