How do I change/add my credit/debit card?

You can save multiple credit or debit cards to your account. You can also choose which one you’d like to use as your default payment method.

Add a new card

1. Go to Account.

2. Tap Payment methods.

3. Under Add new payment method, tap Credit/debit card.

4. Enter your card details.

5. Tap Save.

Your new card will be added to your saved payment methods. 

The default method selected will be automatically used for payments. You may always choose a different method if you prefer.

To change your default payment method:

1. Go to Payment methods.

2. Select the card you want to use.

3. Tap Set as default payment method.

Things to note:

• You can save multiple credit/debit cards to your account.

• Your default payment method cannot be deleted. To delete it, first set another saved card or PayLah! as your default payment method, then delete the card.

• Saved card details cannot be edited. If your card details have changed, delete the existing card and add it again with the updated details.
