How do I remove PayLah! as a payment method?

Using the GetGo app:

Go to your account
Tap on Payment methods
Tap on PayLah!.
Tap on the bin button at the top right hand corner and you will be redirected to the PayLah! App

Using the PayLah! app:

Go to More.
Tap on Manage Express Checkout.
Delete GetGo App from PayLah! Account.
