If you encounter an error message stating "Booking was not created," it may be due to "Auto-debit" not being enabled on your DBS PayLah! App or insufficient funds in your PayLah! Wallet.
For DBS/POSB account holders, here’s how you can enable Auto-debit on your PayLah app:
- Tap on More.
- Tap on Manage PayLah!.
Select Enable Auto Debit.
